Reference: BE-10
Duration: 2 Day(s)

Description

This workshop is specifically designed to develop the skills necessary to generate use cases that capture and express requirements effectively and unambiguously.

Focusing on the authoring of high quality, robust use cases; the course demonstrates how to capture the system context and operational moding using both UML and SysML notation. Delegates are introduced to the concept of domain modelling to help establish a common vocabulary to be used across the project.

The workshop is delivered within the context of an agile software development lifecycle, using Artisan Studio, BAE SYSTEMS (MAS) preferred UML toolset for embedded systems, and is supported throughout by a domain specific case study.

With the support of the consultant, the delegates will be lead through the process of understanding the problem domain, uncovering and documenting use cases as well as the definition of scenarios for each use case.
